Summer’s Past Farms (www.summerspastfarms.com):  Theresa’s friends Sheryl and Marshall Lozier are the proprietors of this gorgeous herbal oasis in Southern California, near San Diego.  If you are ever in the area, you must visit.  They have gardens, gifts, workshops and an herbal soap factory.

Carolee’s Herb Farm (www.caroleesherbfarm.com): This charming herb farm is one of the largest in the Midwest and is located in Hartford City, Indiana.  Carolee offers classes, workshops, gifts, tours and many wonderful festivals.

Mystery Partners (www.mysterypartners.com): is the website of the herbal mystery writer, Susan Albert.  She is the author of the China Bayles mystery series as well as numerous other books.  Her website is a wealth of herbal information.

Buffalo Herb Farm (www.buffaloherbs.com) is owned by the dynamic duo Don Haynie and Tom Hamlin.  It is 220 acres of herbal heaven in Raphine, VA.  This farm has been featured in numerous magazines.

Pat Reppert of Shale Hill Farm (www.garlicgoddess.com): is the Queen of all garlic information.  She is the founder of the garlic festival in Hudson Valley, NY and her site is full of garlic information as well as ordering information for her book.
